 Please fix this! It makes using boost/fusion (or any boost lib that uses
 it, e.g. random) almost not worth it. The maintainers will have to face
 the fact that using the name "nil" was an extremely unfortunate decision
 in the first place. Unfortunately we are having to pay the price for it.
