 the demo.cpp from the serialization tutorial does not work in g++ 4.7.2.
 The error is:
 malloc: *** error for object 0x1002967a0: pointer being freed was not
 allocated
 *** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug

 I'm assuming it does not work for 4.7.x

 It does work for 4.6.x
