Installers from those site are provided by a commercial company, and are
therefore not supported via this tracker. Further, those installers
*should* install binary packages, so you don't have to build anything. I
have no idea why they appear to include boost-build.jam in the root
folder, but not the "tools/build/v2" folder, but again, it's question for
them.
