Comment:

 As described boost.context requires an assembler tool on the platform.

 Provide MASM/MASM64 (ml.exe/ml64.exe) in the search path - the assembler
 tool is provided by the SDK - use the MSVC command prompt for compiling
 boost with bjam/b2.
