MSVC adds automatically some runtime support like DllMainCRTStartup if cpp
files are compiled for a library.
Code from cpp files ware removed so that only assembler files remained.
Adding an empty dummy.cpp for MSVC solved the linker error regarding to
unresolved symbols.
