 I'm trying to use the boost\gregorian library using the new Visual Studio
 2012 Professional edition. I have been trying to build boost so that I can
 use date_time, etc. I tried running bootstrap.bat and received the error
 that VS Common Tools folder could not be found. I also get this error in
 the compiler: 1>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file
 'libboost_date_time-vc110-mt-gd-1_52.lib'

 Any help would be appreciated.
