 I've looked into this, but I simply cannot make it work: if I modify
 doc/Jamfile and doc/src/boost.xml to load the processed docbook
 ("container.auto_index.docbook") then I get XML validity errors inside the
 program_options docs :-(

 Daniel, do you know if this should work or not? I thought Boostbook was a
 superset of Docbook?
