 Please excuse me for this tagging on to your bug (if you thing it should
 be a separate issue).

 Also ‘boost_1_53_0/libs/msm/index.html’ claims to be ‘us-ascii’[[BR]]
 (contains {{{<meta … charset=us-ascii …>}}}) when, in fact, it is ‘ISO
 Latin 1’ (or similar).[[BR]]
 Please use UTF-8 [always & everywhere ;-) ].

 Also, it’s a bit more that ‘cosmetic’ as it causes problems when searching
 across the Boost distribution.
