 Yes, you are right. According to [http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-

 us/library/windows/desktop/ms724411%28v=vs.85%29.aspx MSDN]: "To compile
 an application that uses this function, define _WIN32_WINNT as 0x0600 or
 later."
