Okay. An optimization problem. I'll at least need a backtrace for any
debugging, so...
1. In $BOOST/tools/build/v2/engine/build.jam find the line that says
"toolset vacpp xlc : ..."
2. Edit the release flags to add debug symbols. (-g)
3. re-run the bootstrap script
4. run gdb ./b2 to get a backtrace from the error
That should at least give me an idea of what to look at.
