The BOOST_NO_PARTIAL_TEMPLATE_SPECIALIZATION condition in
âboost/range/detail/extract_optional_type.hppâ is invalid and causing the
compilation to fail for compilers with no default arguments on partial
specializations.
There is already BOOST_NO_PARTIAL_SPECIALIZATION_IMPLICIT_DEFAULT_ARGS
should be used instead.
