 The BOOST_NO_PARTIAL_TEMPLATE_SPECIALIZATION condition in
â€œboost/range/detail/extract_optional_type.hpp” is invalid and causing the
compilation to fail for compilers with no default arguments on partial
 specializations.
 There is already BOOST_NO_PARTIAL_SPECIALIZATION_IMPLICIT_DEFAULT_ARGS
 should be used instead.
