 This is out of date now. HTML can be patched by adding the new version of
 the file to
 https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/website/public_html/live/doc/fixes/ which
 is checked by the documentation script before the normal locations. Image
 and css files should be added to
 https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/website/public_html/live/doc/libs/ which
 is served directly by the `.htacess` rules.
