 The reskip version of the `skip` directive fails when nested under two or
 more levels of `lexeme`/`no_skip`, like:

 {{{
 lexeme[lexeme[skip[parser]]] // does not skip
 }}}

 When a skipper is provided, on the other hand, it works correctly:

 {{{
 lexeme[lexeme[skip(skipper)[parser]]] // skips
 }}}
