 I would like to automatically print docs build timestamp in the last-
 revision field on the library document info header. I tried using __DATE__
 and __TIME__ macros but apparently QuickBook doesn't expand them there.

 If supporting macros expansion in this header is too difficult to
 implement, I will be happy with another solution that allows me to achieve
 what I want.
