 The documentation contains multiple references to a typedef supposedly
 called '''boost::asio::waitable_timer'''. However, no such typedef exists.

 Some places where the reference occurs:

 steady_timer] online documentation
 2. The file '''basic_waitable_timer.hpp'''

 Particularly confusing are the instances of the sentence, "Most
 applications will use the boost::asio::waitable_timer typedef." Perhaps
 "steady_timer" was intended instead.
