 Soon to be release Boost 1.54 has changed the folder where the file will
 be created but I don't think it will fix this bug. You can test the
 Release Candidate:

 http://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/1.54.0.beta.1/


 to see if the problem is still there so we can concentrate on the last
 version. Thanks
