#5822: asyncconnect generates multiple sockets
-------------------------------+-------------------------------------------
Reporter: GC | Owner: chris_kohlhoff
<gert_corthout@â¦> | Status: closed
Type: Bugs | Component: asio
Milestone: To Be Determined | Severity: Cosmetic
Version: Boost 1.46.0 | Keywords: asyncconnect multiple sockets
Resolution: invalid |
-------------------------------+-------------------------------------------
Comment (by weiyuemin@â¦):
Take the liberty to ask: isn't asio using iocp-based implementation on
Windows ?
We are enduring problems because of the two unexpected sockets which
target each other. Some firewalls / anti-virus softwares also suspected
this.
