 Boost 1.54.0: This is breaking Windows XP compatibility for me: I'm
 compiling on Windows 7 with MinGW, but my users are on XP and are now
 seeing" Procedure Entry Point Not Found in Kernel32.dll". I have to revert
 back to Boost 1.52.
