 When compiling with clang++ with -fsanitize=integer I get at static
 initialisation time:

 /usr/include/boost/random/detail/const_mod.hpp:76:32: runtime error:
 unsigned integer overflow: 25214903917 * 89982815712014 cannot be
 represented in type 'unsigned long'
