 wrap_python is suppose to undef the evil hypot def by Python, but it
 doesn't work for mingw w64. Here's a patch which undefs hypot if it's
 defined at all.

 This unfortunately does not fix all boost python compilation errors with
 Mingw w64/gcc4.8.1 (targetting x64 Windows).
