 Currently when i use boost test framework, the framework provides me an
 option to generate a test report and log in either a XML or HRF. I want
 the Test framework to generate both the formats (XML and HRD) together.
 Instead of a 'or' condition, it will be great to have a 'and' condition
 for report and log formats.
