 The problem is, when compiling and linking with boost libraries, in final
 executable appears string path to "exception_ptr.hpp" header. This path is
 embedded because of get_static_exception_object(), even if
 BOOST_EXCEPTION_DISABLE defined.

 I think, that it would be useful to add something similar to the patch I
 have attached.
