 Hi,

 I'm trying to build the boost library and I always get the error mentioned
 in the title.

 First, I tried to build it with the default toolset which was Visual
 Studio and it worked but I cannot make it work with mingw gcc on Windows.
 I've followed the instructions on page
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_54_0/more/getting_started/windows.html

 #install-boost-build.
