Agreed - that section in the WSARecv docs does specify completion routines
but as I see it the it completion port is effectively a way of running a
completion routine on a pool thread.
I think the key point is that the existing I/O operation has finished when
the handler is executed. Therefore, it is safe to call WSARecv/WSASend
again because the existing buffers are no longer in use.
