 boost::asio::ip::address_vs::is_loopback() returns false on the address
 '::ffff:127.0.0.1'. Maybe this is the correct behavior, but it was
 certainly unexpected to me.

 (the ip4 address '127.0.0.1' maps to '::ffff:127.0.0.1').
