 BOOST_FOR_WINRT macro should be defined during compilation by an user
 explicitly. I believe this macro could be used in other boost libs as
 well. Since Boost.Thread not the only one library which has some
 incompatibility with Windows 8 sandboxed applications. Also it could be
 used in the future if Boost.Thread would be fully ported for WinRT API
