 At the moment Boost.Math cannot be used with RTTI disabled.
 Having RTTI disabled can be useful for some numerical applications that
 need to run on platforms with a minimal C++ runtime, and it seems the
 changes required in Boost.Math to allow this are pretty minimal.

 Patch attached.
