 Several class templates that were documented in Boost 1.54.0 are missing
 from the online documentation for Boost 1.55.0.  For example, the class
 template flat_map is neither mentioned in the class index
 (http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_55_0/doc/html/container/index.html) nor
 in the header reference
 (http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_55_0/doc/html/boost_container_header_reference.html)
 for Boost 1.55.0.  This same class template is in the online docs for
 Boost 1.54.0.  Compare
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_54_0/doc/html/boost/container/flat_map.html

 (which contains the correct documentation) with
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_55_0/doc/html/boost/container/flat_map.html

 (which is a 404).
