 Base on N3785 - Executors and Schedulers revision 3http://www.open-

 std.org/JTC1/SC22/WG21/docs/papers/2013/n3785.html add a base class
 executor.

 And an executor_adaptor that make an model of static Executor a dynamic
 executor.

 Include also the static inline_executor, thread_executor and
 serial_executor.
