 In the documentation for the UUID Library, a function
 boost::uuids::uuid::is_null() is listed for checking for nil uuid's.  The
 function is in fact boost::uuids::uuid::is_nil() (line 85 of uuid.hpp),
 and the is_null function listed dose not exist.
