 Some time in the last month the following statement stopped compiling with
 modular-boost/master on visual studio 2013.

 The first error is...

 error C2039: 'proto_tag' : is not a member of
 'boost::phoenix::custom_terminal<boost::log::v2_mt_nt5::expressions::format_date_time_terminal<T,FallbackPolicyT,CharT>,void>'

 I have attached a build.log and an example cpp file.

 I switched to develop and got the same result. I am new to git so not sure
 I did it right.

 git checkout develop
 git pull --recurse-submodules
 .\b2 --toolset=msvc-12.0
