 As it turns out, {{{sp_has_sync.hpp}}} should already detect the
 {{{__sync}}} support because Clang defines the macro
 {{{__GCC_HAVE_SYNC_COMPARE_AND_SWAP_4}}}. What specific problem are you
 having?
