 when the BOOST_INTERPROCESS_FORCE_GENERIC_EMULATION is defined, the
 named_mutex is ipcdetail::shm_named_mutex and is not process persistence.

 BTW: when we can remove the BOOST_INTERPROCESS_FORCE_GENERIC_EMULATION?
