Fixed in develop branch:
SHA-1: bffd6c036c4402d91f284bc5c5e755a374e87b3d
* Fixes #9915.
* Uses intrusive is_convertible in MSVC compilers.
* Removes some throw conditions in the documentation produced by the
allocator copy constructor (as the standard requires no-throw guarantee
for those).
