 Interval Arithmetic Library has only compile time check of IEEE-754
 rounding modes support. Unfortunately it is insufficient for instance when
 a program is running under Valgrind.


 It is quite simple and inexpensive to add some runtime check like the one
 used in CGAL ([www.cgal.org])
 ''CGAL::Interval_nt::Test_runtime_rounding_modes''.
