#5182: BOOST_STRONG_TYPEDEF missing default initialization of member value

Comment (by Christopher <kemsleyc@â¦>):
In the trunk, boost/strong_typedef.hpp is a redirect that points to the
one in serialization which has the fix.
In the boost 1.55 release, the boost/serialization/strong_typedef.hpp has
the fix but the boost/strong_typedef.hpp does not (and is not a redirect
to the serialization one).
