 I suspect you have "new" defined as a macro.

 This fix:
 https://github.com/boostorg/type_traits/commit/954cdb5e46cddfb56dc90717d4a2fbd3de7f6ed7

 should fix the issue and is present in Boost-1.56.

 Please reopen if this is not the case.
