 I am trying to build static boost libraries with -fPIC compliler option. I
 am using RHEL6 with GCCv4.4.
 I am using the following command "./bootstrap.sh CXXFLAGS=-fPIC".
 After this is use "./b2"
 Is this the proper procedure?
