I am using boost 1.55.0 on an embedded system which doesn't provide
unistd.h file (TI CGTools for TMS3200C67x processors).

 Including "boost/interprocess/smart_ptr/unique_ptr.hpp"

causes the compiler to fail due to missing unistd.h, included in
 boost/interprocess/detail/workaround.hpp
