 Problem:
 ptr_container/tut1 test fails with "line 40: Error: noncopyable is not a
 member of boost" w/ studio c++ and "tut1.cpp:41:1: error: expected class-
 name before '{' token  " with g++-4.8.2.

 Solution:
 add #include <boost/noncopyable.hpp> into tut1.cpp.
