 Including 1.57.0's version of any_iterator.hpp results in many compile
 errors. It appears the problem is that the code in this header uses the
 names "postfix_increment_proxy" and "writable_postfix_increment_proxy"
 without any namespace qualifiers even though they are both defined inside
 of boost::iterators::detail.
