 I did same changed in boost/thread/win32/shared_mutex.hpp from boost
 1.54.0 and compiled my program. I presume I do not need to make recompile
 boost library.
 After the above changes you mentioned, I'm still getting boost::lock_error
 - Operation completed successfully.
 I guess I may need to download boost 1.57 to verify this issue.
