 The behaviour of C++11 range-based for has been changed by DR1442 [1], no
 ADL will be performend.
 Thus, the adoption would be nice.

 Note that, following compilers will perform ADL with range-based for.
 - clang 3.0 and 3.1
 - gcc 4.6 - 4.8
