I believe the problem here is that there are two versions of the file
strong_typedef.hpp. boost/strong_typedef.hpp is deprecated and out of
date. This is the one with the problem and I've asked that it be removed.
boost/serialization/strong_typedef.hpp is update and needs no alteration.
Check which one you're using.
