 The attached code compiles with GCC 4.9.2 and MSVC 2013, but fails with
 Clang 3.5.0.
 I've first reported it against clang, but they explained that it's
 actually incorrect in Boost,
 see clang bug #21787 (the bugtracker rejects links here).
