Thanks for the diff and the test. Fixed the missing right-parenthesis ).
Removed include user_time.h.

Yet missing the flag. I could merge this to develop as it works. The
single thing the user must do is to define BOOST_CHRONO_HAS_GETHRTIME.
This can be documented.
