 I'm having the same problem (v1.55.0). I've had to go to the file and
 replace throws with throw_exceptions. Of course, this is a horrible way to
 fix this since it will be overwritten when I update to a new version of
 Boost.
 It would be great if you increased the priority of this easy-to-fix issue.
