 today, there is no option to build boost on windows using clang, AFAIK.
 consider following scenario, I'm building my project from within visual
 studio using clang toolset. my project depends on boost libraries, lets
 say "threads". I would like to build boost libraries using the same
 toolset of clang provided for visual studio.
