 Rather than using namespace "boost" upon building the libs, I would like
 to use "boost_MAJOR_MINOR_PATCH". I see that bcp will namespace certain
 libs, but I want all of them from the onset. Is there a way to set this in
 bjam or in the bootstrap.sh?
