 I am seeing this error on boost 1.57. It occurs with heavy mixed use of
 {{{shared_lock}}}, {{{upgrade_lock}}}, and {{{upgrade_to_unique_lock}}} on
 a {{{shared_mutex}}}. My project is on Windows 64-bit.
